At NozeFit™, your health and hygiene are our top priority. Because our nasal dilators are personal-use products, we cannot accept returns once the packaging has been opened.
1. No Refunds for Opened Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds if the product has been opened, used, or if the customer simply does not like it.

Once inserted, the device cannot be resold for another client’s safety.
2. Refunds for Damaged or Defective Items
You are eligible for a refund or replacement only if the product arrives defective or damaged.

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with photos of the issue.

If approved, we will send you a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Opened or used nasal dilators.
