Refund Policy

At NozeFit™, your health and hygiene are our top priority. Because our nasal dilators are personal-use products, we cannot accept returns once the packaging has been opened.


1. No Refunds for Opened Products

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds if the product has been opened, used, or if the customer simply does not like it.

  • Once inserted, the device cannot be resold for another client’s safety.


2. Refunds for Damaged or Defective Items

You are eligible for a refund or replacement only if the product arrives defective or damaged.

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with photos of the issue.

  • If approved, we will send you a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.


3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or used nasal dilators.

  • Products purchased outside our official website.

  • Discounted or promotional items (final sale).
