1. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship all over Lebanon.

  • International shipping may be available soon.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery across Lebanon: 2–4 business days.

  • Please note delivery times may vary based on your location or unforeseen courier delays.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Free delivery on orders of 3 or more NozeFit nasal dilators.

  • For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee applies (calculated at checkout).

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available from the courier).

6. Failed Deliveries

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply.

7. Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product so we can assist you.
